Meghan Trainor shot to popularity after her debut track All About The Bass(2015) became a chart-topper which brought the spotlight on Meghan at a young age of 21, she went on to win the Grammy for Best New Artist in the year 2016. The 27 year old American singer, song-writer is one of the judges of the singing reality show The Four. Talking about her weight loss to ETOnline.com Meghan says “I just want to live forever, man. I wanna stay looking young forever. I stopped drinking, stopped doing anything bad to my face. I don’t want to deal with acne anymore — I’m 24, I’m over it, and I just want to live ’til I’m 106.”
Trainor says that her then fiancé has been a great support and inspiration in her weight loss journey, giving her the much needed push to work towards her target weight.
Following her engagement with Daryl Sabara who is well-known for having acted in the ‘Spy kids’ movie, Meghan agrees to have caught on the “baby fever” right before her marriage and wanted to be healthy and fit for her future kids, about which she says: “I want to be the healthiest I can be for those kids.” She even quit her drinking and smoking habits to prioritize her health.
Of Daryl she told ET, “He really changed my life. He showed me how working out can be fun. I didn’t believe it, but now it’s true and it feels so good when you’re sore — I love that feeling now, I’m addicted to it.”
Talking about it she further adds on how her now husband Daryl taught her how to cook , teaching her recipes which are yum as well as healthy and paving the way to her health eating habit, she says “I never knew how to cook. He taught me, like, secrets how to make your food taste great but also be healthy for you.”
Meghan Trainor Weight Loss Diet

While on paleo it is extremely important to have your meals on time, and hydrate yourself with water of flavoured-water rich in electrolytes. About 2 to 3 litres is the recommended amount of water consumption per day, although it varies from person to person, place to place.
