We understand that many of you are dessert connoisseurs who find it impossible to have a savory dinner without something sweet to follow it up. And we’re completely in sync, which is why we make dessert every night. We want to be able to have dessert every night without feeling guilty, and we want you to be able to do the same! Cheesecake has always been my favorite dessert, so this white chocolate cheesecake will undoubtedly become a family favorite!

Dessert Every Night | White Chocolate Cheesecake

Time to prepare: 35 minutes
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit and oil or line a muffin form.
Set aside the cacao butter, which has been finely chopped.
Combine the cream cheese, eggs, sour cream, vanilla extract, and liquid stevia in a second large mixing bowl using a hand mixer.
In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and stir in the finely chopped cacao butter. Combine the ingredients with a spatula until the cacao butter is completely melted. It’s possible that you’ll have to microwave it one or two more times.
Using an immersion blender, slowly incorporate the melted cacao butter into the cream cheese mixture. You may also use your regular blender to get rid of the lumps.
Fill a 12-cupcake tin evenly with the batter. Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 30-35 minutes. They will inflate, which is quite normal.
Allow it cool for 20 minutes before placing in the fridge to set for 1 hour. Enjoy!
